SHOPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We are using very reliable AnPost courier services.

Providing full Track and Trace with online Proof of Delivery.

If you live locally you can simply pick up your order and the shipping cost will be refunded to you.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. 

Please contact ola@positivevitality.ie for rates and available discounts.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

It takes 1 day to process and ship the order and 1-2 day for the order to be delivered.

You will receive your order 2-3 days from the date it was ordered.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Preferable payment method is PayPal.

If you’ve never used PayPal, it’s a service that allows you to pay online—using money in your PayPal account, your bank account, or with a credit card—anywhere a merchant displays a PayPal checkout button.

PayPal offers some nice benefits:

1. Credit card security: When you sign up for a PayPal account, you type in the credit cards and bank accounts you wish to use for purchases one time on the PayPal secure system. Once that is accomplished, you never again have to disclose your credit card information online. By paying with PayPal, you keep your credit card information private, meaning that you can shop without worrying about a hacker downloading your account data from your online merchant.

2. Cost: One of the best reasons for using PayPal is its cost: free. That’s right. No annual membership fees, no processing fees, no service charges. Shoppers using PayPal get all the powerful advantages associated with the service and do not have to pay one dime.

3. Flexibility: Relieve yourself of the embarrassment and hassle of trying to purchase goods and services online only to have your credit card declined. Because you can set up multiple bank accounts, debit cards, and credit cards to fund your PayPal account, you can rest assured that your PayPal purchases always go through the first time. PayPal will then look for funds from your sources based on the order you define.

4. The iPhone App: The PayPal iPhone application makes it easy to shop online and transfer money wherever you are. All you have to do is visit the Apple iTunes store and search for the PayPal app and you will be ready to transfer, send money, pay bills, review your transaction history, and make purchases right from the palm of your hand. Because PayPal will ask you to confirm transactions with a PIN, you can rest assured that your finances are safe should your iPhone be lost or stolen. If you meet someone you need to pay while out on the town, just bump iPhones and make your transfer.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order

1. Select + ADD TO BASKET  bellow the product you want to buy

You can select as many products as you wish. Don’t worry if you not sure about the product, but you are afraid you will forget what was it while you are shopping.

You can select the product and add it to your basket and later when you proceed with the order you can amend it as you wish. You can remove the items you don’t wish to buy any more or change the quantity if you wish to order more or less.

2. Select  VIEW BASKET or click on images (basket) in the right top corner of the website.

This will bring you to the Cart page on which you can amend your order and calculate the shipping. You can also apply your Cupon if you have one and get a discount.

When all that is done…

3. Select PROCEDE TO CHECKOUT … and that’s it!

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel your order before you PROCED TO CHECKOUT simply press on the right side of the product in your CART.

To amend the order before you PROCED TO CHECKOUT you can amend the quantity while in your CART, you can remove the items or go back to the shop and add new ones.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t have to have an account to place an order.

Although it is very useful thing to have as you can re-order your previous orders, you can also create and save your wish list over there.

All your details are saved when you have your account so you don’t have to key them in again so it saves you some hassle. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Each order will have full Track and Trace with online Proof of Delivery

How Can I Return a Product?
