Aromatic Gazpacho

Positive Vitality Aromatic Gazpacho is dairy free, gluten free, egg free, Raw, Vegan, Paleo, Keto

Ingredients:

4 portions

  • 12 med Tomatoes
  • 1 med Cucumber
  • 1 red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 fresh Chilli
  • 1/2 red Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 100 ml extra virgin Olive Oil
  • Himalayan Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Basil and Oregano (I used digestible essential oils from Basil and Oregano)

Preparation:

  1. Wash and roughly chop 3/4 veggies, leave 1/4 for decoration
  2. Place the chopped veggies in a blending container, add oil and spices, diluted essential oils (you only need 1/5 of a drop) and blend until smooth
  3. Place the mixture in a serving bowls
  4. Dice the reming veggies and dress the soup with it, also sprinkle with olive oil drops
