Avocado and Cucumber Dip with Ginger

Positive Vitality Avocado and Cucumber Dip with Ginger is Gluten Free, Egg Free, Dairy free, Vegan, Paleo, Keto

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1  Avocado, average
  • 1/3  Cucumber, raw
  • 1 thumb Ginger root
  • 3-4 Tbs  Olive oil
  • Few drops  Lemon juice
  • A pinch  Rock Salt, pink
  • 100 grams Watercress, raw

 

Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Wash the ingredients
  2. Peel the avocado
  3. Place in a blending dish
  4. Blend until smooth

 

Store in a fridge for up to 3 days

Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
