Positive Vitality Amaranth Flakes Muesli
- 1/2cup Amaranth flakes
- handful of Blackberries
- 6 Cashew nuts, plain, soaked to soften
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 1/3 cup Coconut, flakes
- Hemp Milk – 1 cup
- Almond flakes – 1 heaped tbs
Cooking Instructions & Notes
- Heat up the hemp milk in a saucepan with the amaranth flakes.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly so that the amaranth flakes will not clump together.
- Add cinnamon, coconut and almond flakes, cashew nuts, stir, cover the pan and turn off heat.
- Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with blackberries.
