Positive Vitality Chia and Goji Yogurt

Recipe Ingredients

  • Chia seeds x 2Tbs
  • Cinnamon, ground x 1tsp
  • Coconut milk, canned x 2/3cup
  • Goji berries, dried x 2Tbs
  • Quinoa popping x 1/2cup
  • Stevia, extract powder/liquid x few drops
  • Whole goats/coconut milk yogurt, organic x 2/3cup


Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine it together with a table spoon.
  2. Let the ingredients soak for 10-15min until the yogurt thickens.
  3. Serve sprinkled with coconut designated.


Store in a fridge for up to a week.
