Positive Vitality Chia and Goji Yogurt
Recipe Ingredients
- Chia seeds x 2Tbs
- Cinnamon, ground x 1tsp
- Coconut milk, canned x 2/3cup
- Goji berries, dried x 2Tbs
- Quinoa popping x 1/2cup
- Stevia, extract powder/liquid x few drops
- Whole goats/coconut milk yogurt, organic x 2/3cup
Cooking Instructions & Notes
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and combine it together with a table spoon.
- Let the ingredients soak for 10-15min until the yogurt thickens.
- Serve sprinkled with coconut designated.
Store in a fridge for up to a week.
