Brownies

Positive Vitality Brownies are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Paleo

 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2/3cup Almonds meal
  • 3 tbsp Applesauce
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2cup Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Egg whites/ egg replacement powder
  • 1/2cup Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Rock Salt, pink
  • Vanilla essence, no alcohol

 

Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix cocoa powder, almond meal, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add in egg replacer mixture or egg whites, honey, applesauce, and vanilla extract and stir until completely combined, which may take a few minutes.
  4. Make sure there are no pockets of cocoa powder.
  5. Spoon/pour batter into a greased or foil-lined 8X8 pan. Bake in the oven at 350F for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool down and enjoy
