Cashew & Cucumber Dip

Positive Vitality Cashew & Cucumber Dip is dairy free, gluten free, egg free, Raw, Vegan, Paleo, Keto


  • 150 gr Cashew nuts
  • 70ml Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 cup filtered Water
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice or Cider Vinegar
  • Himalayan Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Basil, fresh or essential oil (remember to dilute it otherwise it will be overpowering)
  • Cucumber


  1. Soak cashew nuts overnight or for a few hours, drain
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, adding water if necessary
  3. Chop cucumber and add to the cashew dip
  4. Serve on linseed crackers (available here)
  5. Store in a fridge
