Positive Vitality Cashews Mayo

Recipe Ingredients

  • Cashew nuts, plain x 1/2cup
  • Water, filtered x 1/2cup


Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Soak the cashew nuts over night. Drain.
  2. Place cashew and the water in blending container and blend until smooth.


Store in a jar in a fridge for up to a week

Use in a place of mayo for dips, soups, sauces, etc


Store in a fridge for up to 3 days

Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
