Cherry Raw Chocolate Harts

Positive Vitality Cherry Raw Chocolate Harts are Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Soy Free, Raw, Vegan (optional)

Ingredients:

  • Raw organic coconut oil x 200 gram
  • Raw organic cacao powder x 40 gram
  • Carob powder x 1 Tbs
  • Coconut cream x 150 ml
  • Natural organic vanilla essence x 1/2 tsp
  • Organic date syrup or maple syrup or raw honey x 2-3 tbs
  • Cherries, pitted x 200 grams

 

Preparation:

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a pot on a medium heat.
  2. Add cacao powder and carob powder and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved
  3. Add coconut cream and stir well until completely dissolved.
  4. Add you favourite sweetener and vanilla essence and stir well.
  5. Place the cherries in a glass container or baking tin to make one layer over it that will cover the bottom evenly
  6. Pour the chocolate over the cherries.
  7. Place in a freezer for approximately 1 h until it hardens.
  8. Take out and cut harts out with a pastry cutters.
  9. Share with someone you love!
