Chocolate Fudge with Crushed Dates

Positive Vitality Chocolate Fudge with crushed dates if gluten free, dairy free, free from processed sugar, Vegan, Paleo and Raw


  • 4 heaped Tbs Raw Coconut Olil
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 3 heaped Tbs Cacao powder


  1. Soak the dates for a few hours in a small amount of water, leave few dry dates aside for decoration
  2. Place the coconut, soaked dates and cacao powder in a blending container and blend until smooth
  3. Chop the remaining dates into small pieces and sprinkle it on the top of the dessert
  4. Spoon out the mixture to plastic/glass container or a small baking tray. Flatten it up to 2cm height.
  5. Place the container in a fridge for 15-30 min until the mixture sets
  6. Take out and cut into small 2cm square pieces
