Positive Vitality Sundries Tomatoes flavoured Hummus is Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Vegan, Paleo and Ketogenic
Hummus is a perfectly healthy snack or lunch idea. Sundries Tomatoes give it an extra flavour layer, making it super tasty. Hummus is easy to prepare and it takes only 5min!
(1 large jar)
- 100g Tahini Ligt (dark tahini is also good, but personally I prefer the light one for hummus)
- 75ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup/can Chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 cup Sundried Tomatoes
- 1 clove Garlic, peeled
- pinch of Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/3 Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of Water, filtered
- Place all ingredients in a blending container and blend until smooth
- Transfer to a jar and store in a fridge
