Recipe Ingredients

  • Avocado, average x 1
  • Basil, fresh x 5 leaves
  • Buffalo Mozzarella, fresh x 1
  • Olive oil x 1 tbs
  • Pepper, black x pinch
  • Himalayan salt x pinach
  • Tomatoes, raw x 2 small


Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Wash tomatoes.
  2. Peal avocado.
  3. Slice cheese, avocado, tomatoes.
  4. Place the slices on a plate in the order: tomato, avocado, mozzarella, basil leaf, tomato… (and so on).
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
