Lifestyle related cases will uncover fat burning techniques you can incorporate into your daily routine, for even more significant weight loss results.

Behaviour related classes will help you to stay motivated and give you the ability to stay focused on your weight loss goals.

The classes will take place weekly for 6 weeks of May and June.

There will be morning classes every Saturday at 10.30 – 12.00 pm and evening classes on Wednesdays at 5.30 – 7.00 pm. You can attend any day that suits you best and you can also change it weekly.

Morning classes starts Saturday 21st May’16 at 10.30 am.

Evening classes starts Wednesday 18th May’16 at 5.30 pm.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No, you don’t need your ID.

No, there’s no age limit.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is paid street car park and underground car park available.

Bikes can be locked to the fence outside the building.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

You do not need anything with you.

You will receive email after each class with all the information on the topic that was covered.

You will be provided with pen and paper for the parctical in class exercises.
