Chocolate Pudding

Recipe Ingredients:

  • Almonds, flakes x 2heaped Tbs
  • Goji berries, dried x 1Tbs
  • Potato flour, organic x 2tsp
  • Raw Cocoa Powder x 2tsp
  • Rice Milk, Fortified, organic x 1cup
  • Stevia, extract powder/ liquid

Cooking Instructions & Notes:

  1. Pour the rice milk to a pot (leave 1/4cup aside)
  2. Add goji berries, almond flakes and few drops of stevia and start cooking on a small fire
  3. Combine the remaining rice milk with cacao powder, potato flour by stirring vigorously with a teaspoon
  4. Pour the potato/cacao mixture to the pot and continue cooking on a small fire, constantly stirring with a tablespoon until the pudding thickens.

Serve warm.
