Positive Vitality Chocolate Truffles with Almond Crunch are Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Vegan, Paleo
4 Tbs Almond flakes, roasted
1/2 cup Ground Almond
6 Tbs Cocoa Powder
1 can (400 ml) Coconut milk, canned
200 gr (1block) Coconut, creamed block
3 Tbs honey
Combine all the ingredients (apart from almond flakes) in a food processor or blend with a hand blender until smooth.
Roughly chop the almond flakes, place on a plate.
Form little balls in your hands and roll over the almond flakes to prevent from sticking.
Freeze for 15-20 min
Take out of the freezer and voila!
Store in a refrigerator for up to 7days. Freezer for as long as desired.
