- Bananas, weighed without skin (1small)
- Chia seeds (4tbs)
- Coconut milk, full-fat (3/4cup)
- Avocado, average
- Cinnamon, ground (2tsp)
- Stevia, extract powder/liquid (1/2tsp)
- Raspberries, frozen (1,5cup)
- Whole goats/cows/coconut milk yogurt, organic (3/4cup)
Cooking Instructions & Notes
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor/blender until smooth.
- Place in a fridge for 15-30 min.
- Eat chilled.
Store in a fridge for up to 3 days
If you want to enjoy it for longer do not add avocado, as after 3-4 days it is changing the taste of the yogurt.
Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
