Coconut Yogurt

Recipe Ingredients

  • Bananas, weighed without skin (1small)
  • Chia seeds (4tbs)
  • Coconut milk, full-fat (3/4cup)
  • Avocado, average
  • Cinnamon, ground (2tsp)
  • Stevia, extract powder/liquid (1/2tsp)
  • Raspberries, frozen (1,5cup)
  • Whole goats/cows/coconut milk yogurt, organic (3/4cup)

 

Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor/blender until smooth.
  2. Place in a fridge for 15-30 min.
  3. Eat chilled.

 

Store in a fridge for up to 3 days

If you want to enjoy it for longer do not add avocado, as after 3-4 days it is changing the taste of the yogurt.

Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
