Positive Vitality Creamy Cauliflower

Recipe Ingredients

  • Cauliflower, raw x 2cups
  • Coconut oil/butter x 1Tbs
  • Creme fraiche x 2Tbs
  • Eggs (hens), whole, raw x 1
  • Rock Salt, pink x 1pinch
  • Water, mineral/filtered x 2/3cup


Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Cook the cauliflower in salted water.
  2. When it is soft mash it little bit with a fork.
  3. Add cream fraiche and egg and cook until the egg is felled.
  4. If the sauce has too much liquid add another egg to thicken it.
  5. Serve sprinkled with dill or any other herb that you like.


Use organic ingredients whenever possible

Store in a fridge for up to 5 days
