Positive Vitality Creamy Cauliflower
- Cauliflower, raw x 2cups
- Coconut oil/butter x 1Tbs
- Creme fraiche x 2Tbs
- Eggs (hens), whole, raw x 1
- Rock Salt, pink x 1pinch
- Water, mineral/filtered x 2/3cup
Cooking Instructions & Notes
- Cook the cauliflower in salted water.
- When it is soft mash it little bit with a fork.
- Add cream fraiche and egg and cook until the egg is felled.
- If the sauce has too much liquid add another egg to thicken it.
- Serve sprinkled with dill or any other herb that you like.
