Positive Vitality Cucumber & Radish Salad

Recipe Ingredients

  • Cucumber, raw x 1cup slices
  • Parsley, fresh
  • Pepper, black x 1/2tsp
  • Radish, red, raw x 4radish
  • Sea Salt x pinch
  • Whole milk yogurt, organic x 2Tbs


Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Wash and cut the cucumber and radish in slices
  2. Make a dressing out of yogurt and spices
  3. Combine all together using fork or hands
  4. Decorate with washed and chopped parsley
