Positive Vitality Green Peas Mash is Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Egg Free, Vegetarian

Recipe Ingredients

  • Peas, frozen, steamed (400 gr)
  • Butter, organic (1,5 tbs)
  • Himalayan Salt (pinch)
  • Black Pepper


Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Steam the peas, place in a blending container.
  2. Add butter and shake a little allowing butter to melt.
  3. Add Himalayan salt.
  4. Blend until smooth, add water if the mixture is to thick.
  5. Sprinkle with black pepper.


Eat instead of mashed potatoes or on it’s own as a snack. It’ s a balanced meal containing proteins, carbohydrates and fats.


Use organic ingredients whenever possible

Store in a fridge for up to 3 days
