- Peas, frozen, steamed (400 gr)
- Butter, organic (1,5 tbs)
- Himalayan Salt (pinch)
- Black Pepper
Cooking Instructions & Notes
- Steam the peas, place in a blending container.
- Add butter and shake a little allowing butter to melt.
- Add Himalayan salt.
- Blend until smooth, add water if the mixture is to thick.
- Sprinkle with black pepper.
Eat instead of mashed potatoes or on it’s own as a snack. It’ s a balanced meal containing proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
