Superfood Green Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Olives and Pickled Carrot

Positive Vitality Superfood Green Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Olives and Pickled Carrot is Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Raw, Vegan

Ingredients:

Organic Green leaves mix (I used arugula, watercress, land cress, mustard greens) x 200 gram

Organic Sunflower sprouts (or any other sprouts) x 50 gram

Organic Cherry tomatoes x 100 gram

Green Olives x 100 gram

Pickled organic carrot x 100 gram  (recipe here)

Black pepper x 1-2 tsp

Himalayan salt x 1/2 – 1 tsp

Extra virgin olive oil x 4-5 Tbs

Organic lemon juice of 1/4 of  a lemon

 

Preparation:

Wash the greens and chop them roughly

Wash tomatoes and cut them half

Drain the olives and cut them half

Make a dressing from olive, lemon and spices

Place the greens on the plater and put dressing over it, give it a stir

Place the tomatoes, olives, sprouts over the green and stir slightly

Decorate with the pickles
