I’d like to invite you to a free Healthy Weight Loss Class on the 19th of January 2016 in Energie Fitness Club at Clarendon Str Dublin 2.

I’ll be talking about how to change your eating habits to maintain healthy weight loss, how to increase your metabolic rate and how to overcome weight loss barriers.

My talk starts at 7pm but you are very welcome to join interval training class at 6pm and Pilates class at 6.30pm. All that for FREE😊
