Positive Vitality High Protein Chocolate Kefir

Recipe Ingredients

  • Cocoa Nibs x 1 Tbs
  • Cocoa Powder, raw x 1 Tbs
  • Coconut palm sugar/ honey x 1 tsp
  • Kefir x 1 cup
  • Protein powder, brown rice protein, chocolate flavour x ½ scoop


Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Place all ingredients in a shaker or smoothie maker
  2. Shake or blend all ingredients together
  3. Chill and serve


Freeze if you want to make kefir ice creams.


Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
