Homemade Hummus

Positive Vitality Homemade Hummus is Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Vegan

Ingredients:

  • Tahini Ligt (you can use the dark one as well, but personally prefer light one for hummus) x 100 gram
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil x 50 gram
  • Chickpeas x 1 cup
  • Himalayan Salt x a pinch
  • Black Pepper x 1 tsp
  • 1/3 lemon juice
  • Water, filtered x 1/3 cup

 

Preparation:

  1. Drain the chickpeas
  2. Place all ingredients in a blending container and blend until smooth

Store in a fridge for up to 5 days
