Honey Roasted Raw Chocolate Harts

Positive Vitality Honey Roasted Raw Chocolate Harts are Gluten free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Vegan (optional)

Ingredients:

  • Raw organic coconut oil x 200 gr
  • Raw organic cacao powder x 50 gram
  • Carob powder x 1 Tbs
  • Hazelnuts (whole) x 150 gram
  • Organic cacao nibs x 3 tbs
  • Coconut cream x 200 ml
  • Natural organic vanilla essence x 1/2 tsp
  • Organic date syrup or maple syrup or raw honey x 2-3 tbs (it really depends on your taste)

 

Preparation:

  1. Roast the hazelnuts for 5 min until crunchy
  2. Melt the coconut oil in a pot on a medium heat.
  3. Add cacao powder and carob powder and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved
  4. Add coconut cream and stir well until completely dissolved.
  5. Add you favourite sweetener and vanilla essence and stir well, take of the heat.
  6. Place the roasted hazelnuts in a glass container or baking tin to make one layer over it that will cover the bottom evenly.
  7. Spread 1 tsp of raw honey over the hazelnuts and mix it slightly together.
  8. Pour the chocolate over the hazelnuts.
  9. Place in a freezer for approximately 1 h until it hardens.
  10. Take out and cut harts out with a pastry cutters.
  11. Share with someone you love!
