Positive Vitality Honey Roasted Raw Chocolate Harts are Gluten free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Vegan (optional)
- Raw organic coconut oil x 200 gr
- Raw organic cacao powder x 50 gram
- Carob powder x 1 Tbs
- Hazelnuts (whole) x 150 gram
- Organic cacao nibs x 3 tbs
- Coconut cream x 200 ml
- Natural organic vanilla essence x 1/2 tsp
- Organic date syrup or maple syrup or raw honey x 2-3 tbs (it really depends on your taste)
- Roast the hazelnuts for 5 min until crunchy
- Melt the coconut oil in a pot on a medium heat.
- Add cacao powder and carob powder and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved
- Add coconut cream and stir well until completely dissolved.
- Add you favourite sweetener and vanilla essence and stir well, take of the heat.
- Place the roasted hazelnuts in a glass container or baking tin to make one layer over it that will cover the bottom evenly.
- Spread 1 tsp of raw honey over the hazelnuts and mix it slightly together.
- Pour the chocolate over the hazelnuts.
- Place in a freezer for approximately 1 h until it hardens.
- Take out and cut harts out with a pastry cutters.
- Share with someone you love!
