Milky Chocolate with Roasted Hazelnuts and Cacao Nibs

Positive Vitality Milky Chocolate with Roasted Hazelnuts is

Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Vegetarian

Ingredients:

  • Raw organic coconut oil x 250 gr
  • Raw organic cacao powder x 2/3 cup
  • Roasted hazelnuts (crushed) x 2/3 cup
  • Organic cacao nibs x 3 tbs
  • Coconut cream x 200 ml
  • Natural organic vanilla essence x 1 tsp
  • Organic date syrup or maple syrup or raw honey x 2-3 tbs (it really depends on your taste)

 

Preparation:

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a pot.
  2. Add cacao powder and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved
  3. Add coconut cream and stir well until completely dissolved.
  4. Add you favourite sweetener and vanilla essence and stir well.
  5. Add hazelnuts and cacao nibs and give it a final stir.
  6. Pour the mixture to chocolate mould or small baking tin or glass container.
  7. Place in a freezer for approximately 1 h until it hardens.
