Positive Vitality Mixed Berries Smoothie

Recipe Ingredients

  • Chia seeds x 3 Tbs
  • Cinnamon, ground x 1 tsp
  • Coconut water x 2/3cup
  • Ginger, fresh (optional) x 1-2Tbs grated
  • Hemp/rice protein powder x 1scoop (optional)
  • Mixed berries, frozen x 1 cup
  • Stevia, extract powder/liquid (optional)

 

Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Soak the chia seeds in filtered/mineral water until it forms jelly like substance.
  2. Place all ingredients in a smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
  3. Chill and serve.

 

Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
