Positive Vitality Mixed Berries Smoothie
- Chia seeds x 3 Tbs
- Cinnamon, ground x 1 tsp
- Coconut water x 2/3cup
- Ginger, fresh (optional) x 1-2Tbs grated
- Hemp/rice protein powder x 1scoop (optional)
- Mixed berries, frozen x 1 cup
- Stevia, extract powder/liquid (optional)
Cooking Instructions & Notes
- Soak the chia seeds in filtered/mineral water until it forms jelly like substance.
- Place all ingredients in a smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
- Chill and serve.
Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
