Positive Vitality Oats and Banana Breakfast Smoothie
- Banana x 1/2
- Chia seeds x 2 tbs
- Cinnamon, ground x 2tsp
- Coconut milk, canned x 1/2cup
- Coconut water x 1/2cup
- Goji berries, dried x 1heaped tbs
- Oats, raw x 2 heaped tbs
- Protein powder, rice/hemp/pea x 1/2 scoop
- Sunflower seeds x 1tbs
Cooking Instructions & Notes
- Soak oats and goji berries for up to 1 hour in coconut milk until they are soft (do not drain, use all).
- Soak chia seeds in a filtered water for 15min until they have jelly-like consistency.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
