Positive Vitality Oats and Banana Breakfast Smoothie

Recipe Ingredients

  • Banana x 1/2
  • Chia seeds x 2 tbs
  • Cinnamon, ground x 2tsp
  • Coconut milk, canned x 1/2cup
  • Coconut water x 1/2cup
  • Goji berries, dried x 1heaped tbs
  • Oats, raw x 2 heaped tbs
  • Protein powder, rice/hemp/pea x 1/2 scoop
  • Sunflower seeds x 1tbs


Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Soak oats and goji berries for up to 1 hour in coconut milk until they are soft (do not drain, use all).
  2. Soak chia seeds in a filtered water for 15min until they have jelly-like consistency.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.


Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
