Omega 3 Buckwheat Pancakes

Positive Vitality Omega 3 Buckwheat Pancakes

Recipe Ingredients

  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Buckwheat flour – 1 cup
  • Cinnamon, ground – 1 tbs
  • Coconut oil for frying – x4tbs (1 tbs for 2 pancakes)
  • Eggs (hens) – 2
  • Hemp Milk – 1/2 cup
  • Milled flax seed – 3 tbs
  • Stevia, extract powder – 1/2 tsp

Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. In a smaller bowl whisk the egg whites until stiff.
  2. In a larger bowl place: the flower, flax, baking soda, cinnamon and stevia
  3. Combine all beside egg whites using a mixer until smooth
  4. Add the whites with a tablespoon, spoon by spoon, slowly combine it with the mixture
  5. Fry using a coconut oil or butter

Serve with the raspberry and chia mousse (recipe here) to sneak in even more omega 3

Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
