Positive Vitality Gluten Parsley Pesto with Ginger

Recipe Ingredients

  • Garlic, raw x 1clove
  • Ginger, fresh x 3thumbs
  • Cashew nuts
  • Olive oil x 2/3cup
  • Parsley, fresh x 100gr
  • Rock Salt, pink x pinch


Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Soak cashews approx. 5 h, drain.
  2. Wash parsley chop
  3. Peal garlic
  4. Chop ginger
  5. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth


Store in a jar in a fridge for up to a week

Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
