Positive Vitality Peppers Eggs

Recipe Ingredients

  • Eggs (hens) – 2 eggs
  • Coconut oil/butter – 1tsp
  • Paprika – 1tsp
  • Pepper, black – 1tsp
  • Peppers, bell, mixed – 2 thick rings
  • Rock Salt, pink – pinch


Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Cut the peppers into a thick, empty inside rings.
  2. Melt the coconut oil/butter.
  3. Place peppers ring in a pan and place the eggs inside of it (one egg per ring).
  4. Spice up with salt, pepper and paprika.

Use organic ingredients whenever possible
