Recipe Ingredients

  • Chia seeds – 2 tbs
  • Coconut milk, canned x 1 cup
  • Raspberries, raw/frozen – 1/2 cup
  • Stevia, extract powder – 1/2tsp


Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Wash berries
  2. Place all ingredients in a smoothie maker/blending container
  3. Blend all until smooth
  4. Place in a fridge
  5. Wait 5-10min until it thickens and it’s ready to serve


Store in a fridge for up to 1 week

Use organic ingredient whenever possible
