Positive Vitality Raspberry Ice Cream
- Coconut milk, full fat x 400 ml
- Raspberries, frozen or fresh x 200 gr
- Tahini paste x 3 Tbs
- Natural sweetener (stevia, raw honey, date syrup)
- Cinnamon, ground x 1 heaped tsp
Cooking Instructions & Notes
- Wash raspberries.
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture to glass or plastic container and freeze.
- Take the ice cream out of the freezer approx. 10 min before eating.
