Positive Vitality Raspberry Ice Cream

Recipe Ingredients

  • Coconut milk, full fat x 400 ml
  • Raspberries, frozen or fresh x 200 gr
  • Tahini paste x 3 Tbs
  • Natural sweetener (stevia, raw honey, date syrup)
  • Cinnamon, ground x 1 heaped tsp


Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Wash raspberries.
  2. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture to glass or plastic container and freeze.
  4. Take the ice cream out of the freezer approx. 10 min before eating.
  5. Enjoy!
