Raw Dark Chocolate with Almond Crunch

Positive Vitality Raw Dark Chocolate with Almond Crunch is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Paleo, Raw


  • 200 gram Raw organic coconut oil
  • 40 gram Raw organic cacao powder
  • 1 Tbs Carob powder
  • 2-3 Tbs Raw honey
  • 1/2 cup Almond flakes
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • (optional) 1/2 tsp Natural organic vanilla essence


  1. Melt the coconut oil in a pot on a low heat.
  2. Add cacao powder and carob powder and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved
  3. Add honey and vanilla essence and stir well.
  4. Add almond flakes and give it a final stir.
  5. Pour the chocolate over a mould or small baking tin (that’s what I’ve used)
  6. Place in a freezer for approximately 1 h until it hardens.
  7. Enjoy!
