Positive Vitality Raw Dark Chocolate with Almond Crunch is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Paleo, Raw
- 200 gram Raw organic coconut oil
- 40 gram Raw organic cacao powder
- 1 Tbs Carob powder
- 2-3 Tbs Raw honey
- 1/2 cup Almond flakes
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- (optional) 1/2 tsp Natural organic vanilla essence
- Melt the coconut oil in a pot on a low heat.
- Add cacao powder and carob powder and stir thoroughly until completely dissolved
- Add honey and vanilla essence and stir well.
- Add almond flakes and give it a final stir.
- Pour the chocolate over a mould or small baking tin (that’s what I’ve used)
- Place in a freezer for approximately 1 h until it hardens.
