Sauerkraut Salad with Apple, Onion and Turmeric

Positive Vitality Sauerkraut Salad with Apple, Onion and Turmeric is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, Paleo, Keto

Recipe Ingredients

  • 200 gr Sauerkraut
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 smal onion
  • 3 Tbs Olive oil
  • 1/2 Turmeric root or 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Pepper, black

Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Wash and grate the apple
  2. Great turmeric
  3. Peel and chop the onion
  4. Drain sauerkraut
  5. Place all in a bowl
  6. Add olive oil and black pepper
  7. Combine all the ingredients together
