- Apples, eating, average, raw x 1
- Carrots, raw x 1
- Flaxseed/olive oil x 3Tbs
- Ginger, fresh, grated x 1 tbs
- Goji berries, soaked x 2 tbs
- Pepper, black x 1 tsp
- Sauerkraut x 1 large bowl
- Turmeric, ground x 1 tsp
Cooking Instructions & Notes
- Soak goji berries in a small amount of mineral/filtered water.
- Wash apple and carrot.
- Peal carrot and ginger.
- Grate apple, carrot and ginger.
- Drain sauerkraut.
- Combine all the ingredients together, including the sweet water from soaking the goji berries in a bowl using hands a fork/spoon.
