Spicy Greens and Avocado Dip

Positive Vitality Spicy Greens and Avocado Dip is Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Soy Free, Raw, Vegan

Ingredients:

  • Spicy Greens Mix (watercress, landcress, arugula, mustard greens etc) x 200 grams
  • Avocado, large x 1
  • Olive oil, extra virgin x 50 mil
  • Garlic x 1 clive
  • Himalayan salt x a pinch
  • Black pepper x 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice x few drops

 

Preparation:

  1. Wash the greens
  2. Peel and roughly chop the avocado
  3. Peel the garlic and cut half
  4. Place all in a blending container or any kind of blender and blend until relatively smooth

 

Store in a fridge for 2-3 days
