Positive Vitality Spinach & Raspberry Smoothie

Recipe Ingredients

Chia seeds x 1 Tbs

Coconut water x ½ cup

Goji berries, dried x 1 Tbs

Raspberries x 1 cup

Rice Milk, Fortified x ½ cup

Spinach, raw x 4-6 leaves

Stevia, extract powder x few drops

 

Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Place all ingredients in a blending container and blend until smooth.
  2. Place in a fridge for 15min to chill and allow chia seeds to thicken the smoothie

 

Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
