Positive Vitality Sweet Potato Chips

Recipe Ingredients

  • Mixed herbs, dried x 1tsp
  • Rapeseed/olive oil x 1Tbs
  • Rock Salt, pink x pinch
  • Sweet potato, raw x 1small

 

Cooking Instructions & Notes

  1. Wash the sweet potato.
  2. Cut the sweet potato in chips.
  3. Combine with the oil and spices in a larger bowl.
  4. Bake in an oven at 200C for 15-20min until soft, but not burned.

 

Use organic ingredients whenever possible
